Formed in 1998, ASI is a privately-owned American corporation that markets and distributes five premium bicycle brands: Fuji, SE, Kestrel, Breezer, component brand Oval Concepts, and Phat Cylces.

ASI's corporate headquarters are located in Philadelphia with additional sales offices in Mutlangen, Germany; Taichung, Taiwan; and Durban, South Africa. ASI's products are sold through a global distribution network of specialty bicycle retailers that reaches 80 markets worldwide.
